About
Hi! I’m Paley, an Atlanta-bred, LA-based lover of art, music, and community building. Everything I do stems from my dedication to these three things.
Ever since my childhood, I’ve been drawing funky figures with big curves and personalities. With a strong feminine influence in my family, women have always been my natural subject matter. As I became more influenced by my love of music over the years, I integrated more movement and individual flair into my work. My drawing style joins long, exaggerated curves with sharp angles, creating an unexpected sense of balance and rhythm. My characters are bold, yet minimalistic, and exude a captivating sense of self.
My music journey, on the other hand, started with interviewing artists in high school and later working in New York for companies like Billboard, Def Jam Recordings, TIDAL, and Arista Records and hosting radio shows and writing about music in my free time. Then, during the pandemic, I left the industry to move out west and start a new career in graphic design.
More recently, I’ve started hosting a local event called Everybody Loves the Sunshine, a day party intended to bring people together to enjoy local DJs and meet their neighbors.
Art and music aside, I’m a daughter, sister, friend, dog mom to Peach, and neighbor who will most likely wave and say hello. Red is my all-time favorite color.
